The NEOM Digital Hub stands as a pivotal component of our collaboration with NEOM, serving as the central content hub for the prestigious NEOM Beach Games. The journey commenced during the NEOM Beach Games of 2022, where we were entrusted with the initial task of constructing a ticketing platform and activation site. As the event's importance grew, so did the need for a robust platform to efficiently manage the event and facilitate ticket sales.

The primary objectives of this project were to design and develop a comprehensive Event Management solution capable of handling ticket generation, validation, and sales. The system needed to support the smooth execution of the inaugural NEOM Beach Games in 2022, including the sale of both paid and free VIP tickets. Additionally, it aimed to provide a sophisticated backend Admin Panel for event tracking, ticket generation, mobile ticket scanning, automatic email notifications, on-site ticketing, reporting, analytics, and seamless payment processing.
