Coca-Cola, as a long-standing global partner of FIFA, organized the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour as part of its official World Cup engagement campaign. This high-profile event required a secure, user-friendly, and scalable digital ticketing system to manage attendee registrations across multiple countries, especially during the Saudi Arabia leg of the tour. Coca-Cola partnered with Royex Technologies to create a smart event management platform that could handle VIP access, attendee data, and real-time ticket validation.
Royex designed and deployed a custom ticketing platform with role-based registration, QR code generation, and live validation for on-site access. The system included an intuitive front-end for guest registration, as well as a staff portal for badge printing and verification.
To meet the time constraints, we used our modular event platform, customizing it specifically for the Trophy Tour. On the ground, Coca-Cola teams used tablets and barcode scanners to validate entries, manage queues, and track check-ins live from the dashboard.
