Senior Sales Executive - GPS Devices and Fleet Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive - GPS Devices and Fleet Solutions to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within this industry and be adept at meeting and exceeding sales targets. UAE experience is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of GPS devices and Fleet Management systems.
    • Identify and target potential clients within the fleet and transportation sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure optimal sales efficiency.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead a team of sales professionals; train and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
    • Set individual sales targets and track team performance.
  • Client Relations and Account Management:
    • Oversee the management of key accounts.
    • Resolve issues and handle complaints to maintain trust.
  • Collaboration and Networking:
    • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Language: Proficiency in English;

 

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in GPS device and Fleet Management system sales. Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.

 

Salary:

  • Negotiable
